  • 1 cup water

  • 4-6 large potatoes, peeled (optional) and cubed

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • Milk (to taste)

  1. Place potatoes, water, and salt in Instant Pot.

  2. Seal and cook on manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
